Ziehm Vision FD C-Arm System (Mobile Flat-Panel)
The Ziehm Vision FD is a proven mobile C-arm fluoroscopy system built to help hospitals and outpatient surgery centers expand their intraoperative imaging capabilities—especially for demanding cases—while maintaining efficient OR workflows. In its CMOSline configuration, Ziehm Vision FD leverages advanced CMOS flat-panel technology and the redesigned QuantumStream imaging system (true 2k × 2k image resolution in supported configurations) to deliver crisp visualization, reduced image noise, and clear magnification performance for confident decision-making at the table.
Designed for busy surgical schedules and longer procedures, the system pairs a pulsed monoblock generator (up to 2.4 kW) with Advanced Active Cooling to help keep performance stable even in demanding clinical use. Ergonomics and mobility are also central to the platform, with a compact footprint (as low as 0.8 m²) and up to 165° orbital movement to support flexible positioning around the patient.
For dose-aware imaging, the Ziehm Vision FD includes the next-generation SmartDose concept, using automatic optimization and advanced anatomical programs to balance image quality and exposure. It also offers dedicated functionality designed to help reduce dose in pediatric procedures, plus Beam Filtration designed to reduce patient entrance dose without sacrificing image quality (configuration-dependent).
