Overview

At Equipped MD, we are committed to delivering your medical equipment safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below so you know what to expect when placing an order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. If there is a delay with your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Shipping Destinations

Equipped MD ships to all 50 states, including Hawaii and Alaska. At this time, we do not ship to international destinations at this time. If you are a international customer and have a freight forwarder located within the United States, please contact us and we can accommodate you.

Shipping Options & Rates

Equipped MD offers several shipping options to accommodate orders of all sizes:

  • Free Standard Shipping — Available on select items as noted on the product listing. Eligible items will be clearly marked at checkout.
  • Flat Rate Shipping — A fixed shipping fee applied to qualifying orders. The flat rate will be displayed at checkout.
  • Carrier-Calculated Rates — For most orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • Expedited / Overnight Shipping — Expedited options are available at checkout for time-sensitive orders. Please note that expedited shipping applies to transit time only and does not shorten order processing time.
  • LTL Freight — Large or heavy equipment items may ship via Less-than-Truckload (LTL) freight carriers. For freight shipments, a delivery appointment will be coordinated with you in advance. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery. Freight shipments are delivered curbside unless otherwise arranged.

Estimated Transit Times

Transit times vary by carrier and destination and do not include the 3–5 business day processing window. Equipped MD works with multiple carriers to ensure the most reliable delivery option for your order. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Freight & Large Equipment Deliveries

For orders shipping via LTL freight, please note the following:

  • Inspect all packages for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.
  • If damage is observed, note it on the delivery receipt and contact Equipped MD within 48 hours at [your email address] with photos of the damage.
  • Failure to note damage at the time of delivery may affect your ability to file a claim.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Shipping Delays

Equipped MD is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.
