Return & Refund Policy Equipped MD

Overview

At Equipped MD, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Window

Equipped MD accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Built-to-order equipment, including refurbished products
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact Equipped MD at sales@equippedmd.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Equipped MD cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store Credit

Once Equipped MD receives and inspects your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, you will receive Equipped MD store credit equal to the value of the returned item. Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days of our receiving the return.

Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future purchase on the Equipped MD website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Equipped MD within 7 days of delivery at sales@equippedmd.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
