Summary:

Equipped MD, a nationwide retailer of new and refurbished medical equipment is currently seeking a Sales and Operations Assistant to support our growing sales and operations team. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication and customer service skills and meticulous attention to detail. Prior background working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and customer service highly desired.

  • With a primary responsibility of supporting the sales team, provide support as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently
  • Maintain and refine internal processes that support the sale and delivery of new and refurbished medical equipment to customers nationwide
  • Provide a high level of customer service to potential and existing customers

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team
  • Schedule freight
  • Communicate shipping and delivery details to customers
  • Schedule service and warranty follow up visits with customers
  • Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction with equipment
  • Provide high-touch, responsive customer service to customers
  • Follow up with customers after lost sales
  • Ensure accuracy of customer data in CRM system
  • Assist in marketing efforts

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in administrative or customer service role
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
  • Self-motivated with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate and work with internal and external partners to best serve the customer
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
  • Ability to maintain company confidentiality

Additional Information:

  • Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week. The position will ideally be performed Monday-Friday between 10 am-2 pm, MT
  • Fully remote schedule to start, but may require some in-office work as the company grows
  • Wage: $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience
